First time in Bihar, #GreenCity event by young Entrepreneurs and Environmentalist

Emerging young Entrepreneurs and Environmentalist organized a Plantation Drive Event in eight cities across Bihar at the same time on the occasion of World Environment Day. They ran event in multiple cities as #GreenPatna, #GreenGaya, #GreenMuzzafarpur, #GreenDarbhanga, #GreenChhapra, #GreenAra and #GreenSaharsa.

This event has been organized by Plant Eco Circle, which is a world class platform for every villager to bring an Environmental and Educational Impact in the Society in association with Skill Minds India, TakeMyDonation, Aawaam, Pragati Public School ,Central University of South Bihar,Gaya and different organization. Plantation program organized by a youth organization, Plant Eco Circle, to continue the green and green environment and pollution-free planting program organized under the aegis of Skill Minds India, Awam, Tech My Donation and Tech-Pro-Lab, World Citizenship Day, June 5. The team of Plant Eco Circle took the initiative of conducting plantation program in seven different cities of the state which was to be completed on the day of World Day of Harvesting. The name of this project was named Green-Patna and then this young organization of Patna joined together with other youth organizations to form a team that together put together nearly 100 plants in the morning of World Day of Empowerment.

Local citizens also took part in this plantation program and made this Plantation Drive successful. The people appreciated this effort made by the youth, saying that this is a very great effort and we will serve our full responsibility with all the plants or trees that are placed around us so that they will later Can be able to serve you At the same time, Ranjan Mistry, founder of Plant Eco Circle, told the utility of tree plants in his family's rush to run this drive, that we should keep such plantation program in a few intervals to save our environment and the benefit of this can be seen by others It should be told that these messages can be reached to them as to how useful these plants are to us. Presented by Skull Minds India founder and co-founder of Plant Eco Circle, Vipul Sharan, Team Leader Prince Ranjan of Plant Eco Circle, representative of Awam Suryakant Verma, Ritu Raj, Harsh Vijay and founder of Tech Mai Dawson, Rahul Samrat, also attended Contributed and encouraged nearby people to take care of these plants.

The program has been started in the morning 6 a.m. and it ran upto 12 p.m. in all these cities. Few students and local people also take part in the event while they are doing plantation. In Patna, the locations for plantation were Gola road to IAS Colony. When we are trying to get know the motive behind doing this, then Ranjan Mistry, founder of Plant Eco Circle said, “Doing plantation is not a big deal, protection of these plants is a big deal. That’s why we have not decided to plant more trees in one place instead we plants only 100-150 trees in each cities and the areas is such places where we can take care of plants.

They have planted trees like Banyan, Peepal , Kahua and many more trees. They always work toward to create awareness to Save Environment. This time this is something different. This event will be organised due to an unique initiative taken by a parents, who are environmentalist.
Rahul Samrat, founder of TakeMyDonation said,” We alwasys need to support such type of event without any hesitation, we don’t need to think that we are wasting our time in doing these things.”

This is the Story of a daughter, whose name is Disha Deepak Bhartwaj, her parents decided to plant more than 1 Lakhs of trees after her Birth. So, these youths are just inspired by them and taking forward their initiative to plant more trees. Vipul Sharan said that,” this is not just plantation drive or awareness; this is a message to all parents to take such initiative to protect the future of their child. “
“We don’t need to plant trees at every door, we have to plant the seed of awareness which gradually will raise their concern.” Suryakant Verma added. He continued story... Our Daughter Little Disha Deepak was born on 18 January 2017 in Patna. We parents being environmentalist, dedicated my baby girl to the Mother Earth & we started calling her ‘Wangari Maathai Jr. The Nature Girl’. Since after her birth we have been planting & gifting saplings of herbs & shrubs to near & dear one. We gifted first such sapling to Dr. Veena Mishra & we set a target to plant as many as herbs & shrubs till she can grow enough to discharge her responsibility of serving Mother Earth. This is my daughter’s first ever World Environment Day & the theme of this particular campaign “Connecting People to Nature” inspires us to make crowd-pledge for organizing plantation drive in India & the World around. Apart from Patna & other Districts in Bihar such plantation drives are conducted in Assam, Kerala, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Haridwar, Ahmedabad, Jharkhand etc. Such plantation drives are organized in USA, Mozambique, Kenya, Philippines, and Argentina etc. We are thankful to Vipul Srivastava & Ranjan Mistry for their wide range of plantation drive dedicating to our daughter in Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, and Chhapra etc. under an ambitious initiative of Plant Eco Circle to enhance green coverage in an urban agglomeration. We as parents think that we are the first line of inheritance to induce traits in our babies developing a strong relationship with nature. World is facing drastic climatic events today & it is time to make our kids resilient to changing climatic regimes so that they could mitigate, adapt & build capacity for exploring future ecological etiquette.

In Saharsa, On the world environment day, the team member of plant eco circle, Pratibha Singh gave information to the students of Pragati Public School, Saharsa about the importance of Environment Protection and planting trees. In this work, the director of Pragati Public School, Keshav Kumar Singh and Principal Pawan Kumar Jha had enthusiastically participated. They also took oath that, they will take this objective to the further so that next generation will get pure and balanced environment. While there was raining although students still planted 100 trees across the area.
Simultaneously, In Gaya, the team member of Plant Eco Circle, Saurabh Sanu arranges plantation drive and awareness camp in the premise of Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. A group of students take part in the GreenGaya Initiative on the occasion of world Environment day is a matter of bringing change to the Environment with the motto of awareness to the people regarding environmental issues.

In Muzzaffarpur, Akash Singh Kaushik takes all the responsibility of the Event and planted more than 80 trees in his locality. In Darbhanga, Ruchi Singh take this incredible responsibility to create awareness in Darbhanga.
